Anyone ever seen that 'contract' for negotiations?

Clottey disappeared after his 'fight' with Manny. But at least he showed. The 'contract' between Top Rank and Floyd is nowhere to be seen.

Have you ever seen any contract of any negotiations at all? When was the last time that any of an actual contract or any actual negotiation was published or disclosed to the public? It has always been announced or reported verbally, but they have never ever actually show the actual contract. And why in the hell would they?
