any welter and above who has legit boxing skills and can out-think shane is a threat to beat him at this point.
even as green as saul is at this point, his timing and ability to set up shots as well as his knowledge of distance (he doesnt smother himself like shane does) >>> shane's.
i dont know if shane is shot, but his boxing skills are.
