when he stepped in the ring vs peterson he looked like a junior middle.
i dont think he'll be staying in that division for much longer.

oh and i dont see the barrera in him at all. more like jose luis castillo. dude's extremely heavy handed. even when peterson blocked his punches, rios' shots physically moved him.
