The organizers of the World Series of Poker should sue these trademark infringing bums.

It is a new league of boxing so to speak, between amatuer and pro. It also has hybrid rules.

Each fight will be 5 rounds 3 mintues using pro scoring with no headgear but using amatuer style gloves. There are many cities around the world with teams for this franchise. The winners of the playoffs get a free spot on the 2012 olympic roster for whatever country of orgin.

          Interesting concept.

THIS IS BAD BAD BAD FOR BOXING

I think high performing international amatuer boxers are chosen, and offer a nice chunk of change to participate. I don agree with this bull**** at all, participant are supposedly boxing at an "amatuer" level, but these atheletes will be training as professionals, earning money like professionals, and to ad insult to injury they are going to be boxing with professional rule (no headgear and longer rounds)!!!!! OOHHHH and the ****ers are making up there own new wrigh divisions
I have to say this concept pisses me off sooo much, it will make the shambollic organisation of the sport is boxing 100 times more confusing. Espscially for the ordinary people on the street who know longer follow the sport because of the mess Professional boxing has become with all the alphabet titles approx 30+ "world champions" and that is not to mention the "interm" champions etc etc blah blah blah
Can you believe the ****er are goin down the same road with amatuer boxing

THIS IS BAD BAD BAD FOR BOXING
