Guzman has a fight scheduled for Nov. already. I like both fighters, so it'd be a shame if one of them got set back at this point. Ortiz is the most talented at 140, Guzman is the most skilled at 140, it's a tossup fight.

Kotelnik, Urango, or Provodnikov is who I want to see Ortiz against, then if he can't land a Khan fight, a Judah or Guzman fight should take place for either one.

Wait who is Guzman fighting? I know it will be a GBP fighter or a free agent that Ortiz will fight...Maybe it will be Ali Funeka he rehydrates 17 pounds each fight or maybe Victor Cayo?

I think they should let him run through Kotelnik. It'll prove where he belongs at 140.

"BEAT UP ZAB" I'm not so sure about that...

What about Lamont Peterson, a guy with one loss to Tim Bradley... He deserves another shot...

                Or maybe Demetrius Hopkins?

                Hes a safe pick.

                Dude can't crack an egg.
Hopkins has 1 loss and is back on the upswing, would be great if he werent fighting at 147 now, don't think he can get back down to 140...

He's a very good boxer who could make things tough for Victor...

Guzman is a gbp fighter with no fight schedule yet and Richard Shafer said that if Ortiz walks away with an easy W then he will be on the december 11th card...Ortiz vs Guzman will be a good test and will put Ortiz above Maidana in the rankings if he wins...This fight makes sense to me
