Bigger draw in Mexico? Alvarez or Chavez Jr?

Obviously not being from Mexico, I can't really grasp what they hype is like down there so I'm hoping someone from Mexico may be able to enlighten us Americans. HBO was touting Alvarez as a huge draw down in Mexico and kept bringing it up over and over throughout last night's PPV.

So is Alvarez a bigger draw in Mexico than JCC Jr? Do all roads lead to Alvarez?

All roads lead to Alvarez, Dude is so loved down here it's crazy! Last night I took a taxi to the club me and my friends were going too and the guy started asking us if we saw the Canelo fight and that he even got off with one of his fares at a bar to watch it lol.

I think it will boil down to who's better promoted, oddly enough Top Rank reign supreme in making new stars but GBP got a golden ace with Alvarez.

I think Canelo is going to accomplish a lot.
