Canada HW Champ Neven Pajkic vs. Dereck Chisora? Your thoughts?

What do you guys think about this? Neven Pajkic is current Canadian HW Champ, he started boxing at 27 or something and no amateur record. He has alot of heart and a great chin but he lacks defense and the skill that people who have boxed since an early age have, fundamentals I guess you call em.

Would be a good fight im thinking, they match up good.

It would be a close to even fight. Neither is a top 10 heavyweight, but both are definitely top 50.
