Kotelnik is better than any win on Ortiz record.

Ortiz has a better resume when it comes to guys that can hit hard, Khan has a better resume with guys that have skill, but can't punch through paper...it's apples and oranges...but Khan has a better resume...not the most convincing, but all Ortiz needs is a fight with a prime fighter like Koltenik, Cayo, Alvarado, or Matthysse if he can't get any of the top 4 LWW...even a win against Judah would put him above Khan...

Khan right now, but Ortiz isnt too far behind. Most exciting matchup to be made in boxing for me.

Ortiz has not yet beaten anyone in The Ring's top 10. Khan has beaten two. There's simply no contest in terms of resume - it's not even close. And Khan is about to face his third top 10 fighter, and one with a big punch, too.

In terms of ability, that's a different matter entirely. Ortiz-Khan would be an intriguing fight, if Khan can get past Maidana.
