Haha, you're my boy and all but come on... only 4 1/2 months after looking old against Money, Shane looked even worse against Sergio F'in Mora. I remember a bunch of people pointed out that Shane looked gassed after about the 4th round and was breathing through his mouth and stopped throwing punches after he nearly KO'd Floyd. Mayweather fans kept saying 'no, he wasn't old or tired, Floyd's skills just made him gun shy'. Plus we just learned Shane suffered a back injury and was tight during the fight (which he had complained about immediately after for months, but the specifics about snowboarding just came out)

Flash forward to last night... are you seriously going to sit there and tell me Sergio Mora's unbelievable skill set is the reason Shane looked old, worn out, and tired, and the reason he gassed out around the 5th? Even Brother Naz was saying Shane trained too hard to look like he was looking last night.

So basically Floyd beat a 38 year old Shane who had been inactive for nearly a year and 1/2, recently suffered a back injury, and was CLEARLY gassed early just like he was against the great Sergio Mora.

fact of the matter is, shane was given a chance to win and pac wanted no part of him. shane demolished the guy pac is fighting next. thats a fact.

if pac would have beaten shane, it would have been the best thing since sliced bread. which is how things work on this site

Where did Pac say he didn't want any part of Shane? He said several times if Mosley beat May, he would fight him. Floyd was the target for Manny for the summer or fall of '09 after Pac's Hatton demolition Floyd's JMM tuneup, but Money had a 'rib injury' that forced the fight to be postponed, so it was down to Shane and Cotto for Pac. Roach wanted a catchweight of 142 for Shane, but said 143-145, basically any weight could be settled in negotiations. In the end, Arum made the best business decision for Top Rank and chose Cotto (who beat Shane and was far younger), and the rest is history.

Be real... after seeing Shane the last 2 fights, do you honestly think he would last more than 4 rounds against Pac right now? Be honest.

Mr. Yesir is so much emotional these past few days, he was so much affected by Floyds fate. Get up man, have a vacation, try to unwind and forget what happen to your idol.
