Why does Winky Wright have to call people out?

As it stands, his recent victories have probably landed him the #2 spot on the pound for pound charts with Hopkins, Tszyu, and Trinidad all falling out of the top 5 this year. What I don't understand is why Wright is having to call De La Hoya out? De La Hoya has lost so many important fights that if he were to beat Wright, he might make up for a really pathetic career as far as big fights go. Think about it: Wright beat two guys that hold wins over De La Hoya. If Oscar beats Wright, he evens his career out a little more as Wright beat two guys that handed De La Hoya 3 of his 4 losses (even though we all agree De La Hoya lost more fights than his record suggests)

Why isn't De La Hoya calling this man out? Just goes to show that De La Hoya really is a wuss

Winky is a tought fight for anyone, and his style doesn't sell. Winky needs to fight someone with charisma and a big fan base to make the big PPV dollars. DLH can fight anyone and bring in the money. C'mon, he fought Hopkins so saying he is ducking or only taking easy fights is silly. Going more than 18 months between fights is retired in my book.

I don't know who is next for Winky. Even though he has a win over Trinidad, and it was a superb boxing exhibition, his next PPV will bomb unless his opponent draws them fans in. I'm not even sure he can sell a PPV by himself, but some of the recent PPV's have been pathetic so I guess the bar is getting lower all the time.

Do you understand how p4p works?! It's based on your record and the people you beat. Before Winky, Trinidad had ONE LOSS against THE NUMBER ONE GUY IN THE SPORT. He'd beaten De La Hoya, Vargas, and Mayorga. How could be not be top 5? He had to be above Tszyu (WHO WAS KNOCKED OUT BY VINCE PHILLIPS) but he also had to be behind Mayweather (no losses) and Hopkins, so that puts him in the top 5. Who would you have ranked above him?!
