ummm nooo roach those sound like a bunch of chafa sparring partners, martinez in margarito camp is far higher quality, sparring. this does not mean in any way margs will win. but your really not likley to get quality sparring guys wanting to fly 30 hours to the phillipines.manny should move his camp outta there. there is better resources and sparring here, nobody is going to want to fly that far, too many implications and uncomfortable less than ideal situations traveling that far.Trainer Freddie Roach arrived at 3:45 a.m. Sunday along with two big sparring partners, light middleweight Michael “ Murder Man” Medina ( 24-2-2, 19 KO’s) and undefeated welterweight Glen Tapia (7-0, 5 KO’s)and said “we have a big fight ahead of us, we have some great sparring partners and we are ready to go to work.” [Click Here To Read More]

You people are idiots. Manny can't train in the United States for four weeks because of the IRS taxing of foreign non-US residents. He's coming back to Wild Card for the last 4 weeks.Comment
-
That would be in the Southern Philippines near Pacquiao's hometown. They're all the way up North in Manila and soon to be the high mountains of Baguio. Great elevation for training.Comment
-
So there's no ****** radicals in Manila? That's good to know if I ever decide to visit the Philippines.Comment

yeah man god forbid a millionaire has to pay taxes in a land thats given him everything.talk about graditude or lack of it.Comment

He'd have to pay millions. And from what we saw from Pac-Cotto's 24/7, even with the media/political distractions and typhoons, it didn't hurt his performance in the gym.Comment

As always, you are being obnoxious. If USA doesn't want Manny to fight here in USA, then he shouldn't be granted to fight here at all. Why do you supposed USA wants Manny to fight here in USA? Does foreign visitors wanting to watch his fights as well as his opponents have any meaning to you? American businesses benefits from Manny's fights as well as other foreign fighters who fights here. Manny generates money into this country. So, he takes his shares. Manny does not owe this country other than what he had already given. His fights here helps the US economy.
