Culiacan, Mexico - Controversy broke out in the aftermath of Jorge Arce's draw with Lorenzo Parra on Saturday night. The fight was initially announced as a draw to the live crowd and the television audience, but no scores were revealed. Later, the Sinaloa Boxing Comsission changed the result to a split decision win for hometown hero Arce. The scores have yet to be disclosed, but a commission member claimed there was an error in the way the seventh round was scored for Parra. The fight was a WBO super bantamweight elminator. Arce is now in position to fight champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. of Puerto Rico.

I really hope to see WV2 tested by Arce ,I think WV2 will win cause the fight will be in Puerto Rico But after that he'll be fighting low level opponents for a while....LOL
