Marquez has ducked Soto for over 2 years, just like Pacman has ducked Soto for over 3 years.

Its ironic, that WBO/WBA Lighweight Champion-Juan M. Marquez refuses to unify titles with Soto, and instead signed to fight Katsidis, on the same day that Soto defends his WBC Lightweight Title.
