Juan Diaz has no punch to speak of, and limited skills; but he has an excellent workrate, and loads of heart. Ortiz has a huge punch, excellent skills, but his workrate is nothing special and his heart is highly suspect. The two fighters aren't even remotely comparable.

I like Ortiz but Maidana KO's him or makes him quit like a Puto again.

Ortiz outboxes and knocks out Maidana in a rematch. You can't learn how to stand until you fall. The loss will help him.

I knew the vicious version of Ortiz would come back one day. Today was a good day.

Good to see the 'vicious' in him back. Just because he lost it doesn't mean he needs to totally change the way he fights. He is and will be an offensive fighter. He needs to make some adjustments/fine tune the defensive side (got tagged when swinging wildly tonight). Kotelnik would be a perfect fight for him next because everyone else seems busy.
