Maybe this is one step too far for Manny, but maybe he'll do it yet again. I know Margarito doesn't deserve this fight and it certainly shouldn't be for a 154 belt but it could be really entertaining.

That's really ****** and I don't like it. My opinion on Margarito aside, Martinez/Margarito II would be an amazing fight!

If Martinez spanks Margarito (or the other way around) chances of a fight between them plummet.

I realize great southpaw sparring partners are hard to find, but isnt Martinez and bit tall and defense-y to be effective?

The thing is.....who does fight like Manny? I think Sergio is as close as it's gonna get. At least he's an elite fighter who's a southpaw, with a good bit of movement.

He's darts in and out. Check.

He's got speed. Check.

He punches in combo's. Check.

Outside of the superficial differences you mentioned, it don't get much better than Sexy imo.

If anything its even better cuz' he'll be used to a bigger guy with a bigger punch so Pac will seem diminutive by comparison.
