I wouldn't be too sure, I mean its kinda ****ed up how everyone counts Vic out, I know he lost to Maidana, but remember he fought a very ****** fight AND was still winning, he is slowly recovering and I see him as a huge threat to anyone at 140 because of his skill-set, now Rios will eat a few shots to land his own, the real question is, can Rios take Victor's bombs?

I just hope when/if Victor becomes the king at 140, most of these dudes who jumped ship after the Maidana fight don't get back on the bandwagon

TS has a bias, so I won't argue with him, but Ortiz should destroy Rios. However, I have very little faith in Ortiz considering he has not proven anything since the Maidana fight. Vivian Harris sure as hell isn't going to change that.
