Yeah, I find that really bizarre. He still made the weight so why fine him? If he knew the rules and was over the limit and going to be fined anyway, he should not have even bothered to try and make it down. He loses the money anyway and will probably be drained as **** after losing those four pounds so he should have come in as he was and still been healthy for it. It's not as if Mosley wouldn't have fought on even if he was above. Mosley ain't like that so he would have fought him even if he was over the weight.
