If it was a setup he wouldve done something viral and dramatic like setting up a kidnapping of his wife or kids or something that would make him in the media 24/7 instead of this whole thing. Dont forget its out of Josies hands and out of the cops hands now. Its up to the DA what to do and what charges to press and pursue. If he wanted to stage a media spotlight he couldve went 10000000 better ways than this.

Let's face it, this women is living off him, Has tried to press charges on him before but dropped them (probably paid off),
Who's to say he has Offered her a few G's to do the same again?

Make up he did this or that and then ask her to drop the charges closer to the fight?

The hearing for these charges is the same week as the Pac-Marg fight.
The whole ordeal started the week Pac-Marg was announced.
