Alvarez skills are so underrated. Vastly. This kid has a wide asset of skills that will be on full display vs. Baldi.

Im liking this fight because TaTa is tough, he can take a shot but he really doesnt pack a bug punch. Alvarez takes this fight, I say by possible TKO but Tata is a cagey vet and you never know(punchers chance)...dont expect him to pull the upset.

He stunned him with a good shot, big fuckin' deal man. Stuff like that happens in boxing. Shit, feather fisted Paulie stunned Cotto. So how did he come close to getting knocked out, I don't understand that.

            In your dream.

            Paulie never stunned Cotto.

That only Paulie and you think that.

Did you see Alvarez legs after Jose landed that ice in round 1 ?

baldomir is 40 yrs. old and hasn't had a meaningful win in 4 years.

I think Baldomir is a live dog, but I don't think he can pull the upset.

This should be the main event of the night, IMO this will be the best match that night, not a big fan of Ortiz or Mora even though I always support Mex fighters

This is a very big risk for Canelo, I think this will show if he's going to be the fighter we're expetcing him to be.

Tata is slower but he's tough as nails and can take a bat to the skull no problem, I'd be surprised and stoked if Canelo can KO him, Doubt it though

id do it but already got a lot of my points tied up in baldomir - a fighter im not even really a fan of haha.

i feel baldomir pulls the upset - but it sounds like you guys know both of these fighters better than me, so i won't be surprised by any means if alvarez wins it.

also here is a quote from ESPN, looks like alvarez has some class:
Baldomir, the former undisputed welterweight champ, was 153.4 pounds for a fight with Saul "Canelo" Alvarez that was contracted for 151 pounds. Alvarez was 150.5. Because Baldomir was more than two pounds over, he was also penalized 20 percent of his $60,000 purse by the commission. However, Alvarez, who is making $200,000, plus money from Mexican television rights, declined to take the extra $12,000 from Baldomir, according to Golden Boy.
