I don't see why fans think Wilder needs to take a huge step up. Whenever I've seen him it looks like he's extremely green in the ring. He needs to take baby steps at the moment. I don't see any reason for him to get in a fight where he'd almost be guaranteed to get knocked out. That does nothing for his career.

i agree he gives us hope, hes got long arms and alot of pop on that right hand

Personally i think he stayed in the amateurs to long, developed to much of an amateur style
