I hope this fight happens...this fight should have been in the records by now.
This is a really good fight, I imagine especially for the PR bosing fans out there...at least it should be. I may be in the minority in thinking that there was no way Cintron leaped out of the ring on purpose(he was doing too well in the fight to do something that ******). Im not convinced Cotto is a solid 154 lbs yet, I have to see him in with a puncher, and thats where Cintron comes in..power in both hands and a solid skill set. I see him giving Cotto a lot of trouble, possibly even dropping him. I have Cintron pulling the upset, a split decision possible TKO.

Now u really got 2 dig in the crate 4 that one back in 03 and not at the top level. Sergio Mora would whoop his ass 2. He has not fought mexican opposition during his rise and if he fights them on his way down he will not beat them. Great PR boxer but who would not dominate against Mexican, sorry. fight again BUT a Cintron/Cotto fight has always interested

I don't blame Chavez Jr for not wanting to go to the Phillipines.
I think once he would get outhere Freedy would have no time
for Chavez Jr because of Manny. Wouldn't want to hear
Jr complaining about why he lost the fight and using going to
the Phillipines as an excuse.
