      Berto is too caught up with the financial part of the game to see his inactivity is going to get his ass kicked.

      Hes literally stunted his progression as a fighter because of pricing himself out of fights and sitting on the bench.

      HBO shares some of the blame for overpaying him when he fought Quitana.
