                  Floyd Mayweather HANDS DOWN..

                  Lets be real, fighters like Mosely, Hopkins, Delaquitter, Mayweather, and Pacquiao can all fight anyone.. Pac doesnt choose his opponents Bob Arum does..

                  Floyd can choose who he wants to fight, but Pacquiao being the biggest Payday ever for Floyd, just isnt one of Floyds options.
