BHop is my favorite fighter but I wish he would just retire. His last few fights looked pathetic compared to the young BHop. The RJJ fight was foul infested, and against Calzaghe, he milked fouls for rest. Its just beyond boring to watch. Dude has some serious skill though.

the great thing about hopkins is he takes care of his body like no one else i can think of and hes so hard to hit clean, pascal isnt slick enough to beat hopkins i think, it should be a very interesting fight

Just to make one thing sure clear !!! Hopkins lost as wide as you get it against Calzaghe. Please no one ever bring up anything different or you can start reading gay mags. Anyway love B-hop myself and hopes he beats the hell out of this canadian dude.

i know everyone wants to give Hopkins the benefit of the doubt, and give him his respect but he's going to get outworked. Im afriad he'll turn this into some bull**** with holding and constant complaining. on the other hand, if Pascal wants to show us something new, he can pump up the fans at montreal once again and put B-Hop to rest.

as I watched the Dawson-Pascal fight I was thinkin' to myself that B.Hop must be lickin' his chops watchin' BOTH of these dudes....if Chad would've won, B.Hop would've fought him to.....Chad showed that he can be walked into traps and countered....Chad doesnt have a high workrate so I saw no dangers there.....Pascal is just all over the place....he wont be fighting backwards like he did against Chad....B.Hop ALLOWS his victims to come forward.....so the game plan he had aginst Chad can be thrown in the trash....styles make fights and Pascal doesnt have the style to beat B.Hop....not even at age 46

I'm glad Pascal exposed Dawson as the most recent US hype job after Hopkins dealt with the last one in Pavlik.

I'm firmly supporting Hopkins in this one. Pascal is just so busy and tough however I think he'll likely take it by a couple of late rounds. Respect to both for signing the fight.

You may be right about Pascal, I won't be surprised at all to see Hopkins win this, but there is still no way he would beat Dawson. Dawson has exactly the style, skills, and physical talent to make it a very long night for Hopkins without B-Hop doing a damn thing about it.
