Working Actor means you are getting roles (principal) that you get paid for, meaning you already 'broke into the industry'. You can't be a working actor and trying to break into the industry concurrently, that's an oxymoron. And I wasn't acting professionally until last year when I got my break, a pretty sizeable principal role (only 1 episode) on an NBC medical drama.

I always like seeing people succeed in the entertainment business because I know firsthand how ****ing tough it is just to get your foot in the door. It takes a lot of talent, hard work, perseverance and a LOT of luck. So Good luck on your pursuit of an acting career

i didnt mean it in that way(that i had broken into the industry.) so yes, it was oxymoronic. when i said, "working actor" i meant, im consistently auditioning and getting roles. and im in the pursuit of breaking into the industry(within the next two year.) didnt mean i was a professional.

cant wait to get to supporting so i can do away with my 9 to 5.
