Cotto won the 1st 10-8, he clearly won the 4th round, the 6th round and he clearly won the 11th and 12th rounds. At BEST Clottey had a draw, Clottey lost the fight more than Cotto won it, that being said people discredit cuts way too easily. Just because you aren't KO'd doesn't mean you can't see out of one eye, that cut required 20+ stitches. Think of how bad a papercut burns, now imagine that but with a cut 2-3 inches long, about 2 inches wide and about an inch deep. Then don't let it stop bleeding for 27 minutes, and let sweat drip in there, and blood in your eye that you can't put water in for 27 minutes. And on top of all that get punched in there, not once but for 27 minutes and on top of that fight back and don't forget you have that cut with blood in your eye.
Come on now, most guys would quit much less keep fighting and Cotto managed to win some rounds after the fact. That being said Clottey couldn't beat a trainerless Cotto, AFTER Margarito... as bad as you say Cotto is Clottey should have steamed rolled him. Even Manny couldn't get many punches through his guard and he threw over 1000 punches. Use some common sense before posting garbage you know nothing about.
On topic, Chavez ducked Cotto... Well I can't say I blame him, but it might be a better move fighting wise for Cotto. Cintron can stand and trade a bit and he has a vicious right hand, I see Cotto winning with pressure and body blow as Cintron doesn't deal with well, but it's a fight to see what Cotto has left in the tank IMO. If he's able to take Cintron's punch and work a jab and body attack together nicely, I can see him in with the elite again.Comment

I'll give you the feather fistted but people need to stop on the peglegged excuse. Foreman himself said after the fight it was and old injury that he suffered when he was a teenager. Funny how that injury never bothered him before the cotto fight, he was after all undeafeted when he faced Cotto. So if the injury never bothered him before how is it when cotto started landing bombs to the body it all of the sudden acted up????? lol....at the end of the day Jr ran scared of a "shot fighter"!!! I rather see Cintron/Cotto than a repeat of Cotto/Gomez if he would fight Jr....they are not even at the same level...Jr, his dad, Uncle Bob, corner, mom, neighbor...knows that!!! To me he is more "A Gallina sin Huevos" than a "Vaca de Dinero" how much more he will be able to leave out of his dad last name!!! SHAME!!!
