I dont know about the UK but in the US you cant arrest or detain anyone if they are seen using drugs on film. Seriously how can any law enforcement agency prove that what you were ingesting was indeed an illegal narcotic when the act is being commited on film? Not saying hatton was snorting babypowder but come on now use your heads guys this **** is a joke.

This is a non story, as far as Ricky is concerned. It,s the people who feel that there is no harm or consequences involved, doing coke, that need a wake up call. The war on drugs is raging in places like Juarez, Mexico. Maybe if the war on drugs was ended, and all drugs legalized, or at least decriminalized, but that's not happening.

Sure enough. Crappy thing to do and there is no 'silver lining'...but the alternative could have been that he ODs and dies. I think it is better that he got caught and is in therapy.
