If Mosley had a strong ******* jab would he be still p4p today?

I think that Shane's greatest weakness is his pitty patter jab. If he had a hammer of a jab like a cotto or a similar to a strong pumping de la hoya jab, i honestly believe he would have been much more effective setting up his explosive offense, thus being even harder to defeat. I wonder why his jab is so under developed? Its like he just uses it as a feeler punch, instead of power dissecting tool.

He had a major back injury when as an inactive fighter for 16 months, he fought Floyd the Woman Beater son of a drug trafficking father and drug addict mother, even though he was already close to 40

If you think he is P4P you are a ***** idiot.

would he be a better fighter? obviously
would it have saved him in his losses? don't think so
Shane couldn't have outjabbed Forrest or Winky even if he tried
Cotto beat him because he let up in the championship rounds
Cotto outjabbed him but he counterbalanced that by landing harder shots
had he been matching jabs with him he woulda been outdueled
Cotto was on the move with his jab, hitting Shane coming in
planting his feet was ok to land big shots, woulda been bad in a jaboff
Floyd was just too fast for him, jab woulda helped but not won it

probably because he didn't need it
Shane at his best was fast enough to get away with power punch leads
he could set up big shots with his footwork and feints
he did jab vs Tony, who was the perfect opponent to jab against

just because he was fast, powerful, etc. if he would have had a stronger jab he would have been more successful and even would have beat cotto in my opinion. He is an example who is a boxer who fell in love with his power and did not develop other tools to there maximum.
