In an IBO super featherweight eliminator, Miguel “Mickey” Roman (31-7, 23 KOs) scored a fifth round KO over Tyrone Harris (24-7, 16 KOs). Roman finished Harris with a body shot. Time was 2:03.

Middleweight KO artist Marcos Reyes moved to 17-1 with 15 KOs after a second TKO over Victor Villereal (9-6-2, 5 KOs). Referee Russell Mora waved it off at 2:57 of the second round after Villereal was on the deck twice.

In a big upset, former San Jose State University defensive lineman Yohan Banks (4-4-3, 2 KOs) knocked out highly touted former Miami Hurricane star running back Quadrine Hill (1-1, 1 KO) in round four. An uppercut dropped Hill for the count at 2:24.

In another surprise, lightweight Khadaphi Proctor (6-5-1, 0 KOs) won a majority decision over Rynell Griffin (6-3-1, 2 KOs). Scores were 40-36, 40-36, 38-38.
