really?!?....Cotto needed a fight like the Yuri fight after ALL those wars he's been through.....Cotto has had the toughest schedule in the game!!....NOONE....and I mean NOONE should've had anything negative to say about Cotto's last choice

You got it right! And Mora right now will be no easy victory for Shane. And should Mora win, I bet people cry the "Floyd ruined Shane" BS I always hear about. Shane is a fighter, a great one, ruined by no defeat, only age(BTW *****s, Floyd beat an old Shane who was already dominated, get over it).

shane should retire , it bothers people a little bit about his denials that hes as good as ever and isnt getting old ,hes getting old.he looks and fights old. he got dominated by gayweather, delahoya did not get dominated by gayweather in fact delahoya shoulda got the nod.shane stutters and slurs he clearly has brain damage he needs to retire already too many fights , professional and amateur, as well as all the training. hes a prime candidate for demetia hes too old to be taking punches everyone sees this but him. can he still fight? yes lesser opposition , but still he should retire yesterday.he got beat worse by gayweather than even marquez did at least jmm fought till the end , mosley just froze after 3 rnds.his mind wants to do what his body cant, its over.

fraud jr hasnt fought anyone in their prime or even top grade opposition since corrales, hes the fakest fighter , how dare he even compare himself to the greats? the greats fought the best, when they were at their best fraud jr does no such thing and he aint gonna start now, frankly hes a bad example for future fighters.ill be glad when hes gone then maybe well see media attention on someone whom is worthy, like manny or someone else.

I agree with Boxing fan 76 whole heartly ! Shane should have announced his retirement after he failed to win what should have been an easy victory over PBF . It was shameful . I disagree that he is full of pride and I think he is old and shot. I don't care to ever see him fight again anymore that I want to see Tyson fight . If he thought he has this great advantage in the Staples center , he should have fought Gayweather there.
tHEY need to form an old timers league where they only fight 3 rounds and use headgear for the likes of SS , jAMES (my light has gone out) Toney and several others that are just mucking up boxing because they refuse to quit , in spite of their age and demiished skills .Boxing has suffered greatly because of poor matches being made , crooked promoters and Divas like PBF keeping the fans from seeing the best fights possible .
it's getting old and boxing is dying and it's because of greed and the failure of the boxers and promoters to make the fights . Oscar this means you too , teddy Atlas you are a disgrace !!!!
