for the scoring error or is it once it's done it's done. I mean one of the judge did say he made a mistake in the scoring. Can't they get that overturn?

Maybe because they felt satisfied with the draw...

Once the scores are announced, they are official. Error or not.

A fighter can only get penalized post fight for drug issues that come up and the like.

A draw doesn't hurt his career, only losing constantly hurts a boxers career.

that's not true. there have been many times scores have been announced then later found to be added wrong and the result is changed. this wasn't a counting error though this was a mistake done internally in a judge's mind cause he's a moron. so it was never changed cause it was his own fault he doesn't know how to score fights.

That's what I meant by error.

If the math is wrong, then they'll fix it, but if the Judge makes a mistake in scoring a 10-7 round or a 9-9 round then that's too bad.

I don't think judges are allowed to use hindsight.

So only if they do the math wrong...OK

But wait...isn't that the same thing as getting the math wrong also.

              3kd in one round = 10-6 round.

The judge gave Manny a 10-7 round.

Pac was probably more concerned with being a better fighter after that fight than what errors were made in the scorecard.

a 3kd round is not necessarily a 10-6................a knockdown is an extra point, so if the judge considers the round a 10-10 aside the knockdowns, he could score it 10-7......(not the case on the marquez fight)
nonetheless, pac should be glad judges cant score fights, cus no way he won more than 4 rounds of that fight....even with a 10-6, he shoulda lost....
