I don't think so.. Manny always has stated in all of his interview, "It depends on my promoter on who I will fight next, but i am ready to fight anybody that my promoter wants me to fight".. and the 'ahhh's' in all of his interviews are more of speech mannerism/problem rather than a sign of fear...

i think you catched a bad youtube video of that interview because what pac said was...him and floyd will fight if floyd wins his next fight otherwise he will fight shane instead. that's very clear...he will fight mosley if mosley wins but mosley lost to floyd so there's no more reason to fight. and besides mosley got dominated pretty easily in that fight and for the first time in his career he showed his true age.

floyd never wanted to fight manny and manny never wanted to fight mosley.

style make fight and mosley is slugger with big power and great chin and he has speed. manny never fight some body like that and roach is scared of mosley for manny.

style make fights and maybe mosley beat manny but manny beat floyd and floyd beat mosley.

              sometime boxing is like that.

He called out mosley before Mayweather Mosley because he knew Floyd if he won would still find a way to avoid the fight. It was probably just wishfull thinking on pacs part that Shane would win.

i dont think anyone is scared of fighting each other my point was why fight the guy that mosley lost to and not fight mosley, then people gonna brought up margarito beat cotto. I mean seriously why fight these guy who contested and beat mosley.

. Being an offensive fighter mosley is, its actually is good for pacquiao
