You know, this is the reason why boxing is dying. All the ****ing 'stars' are a bunch of whining little *****es now. It's impossible to make the main fights that need to happen.

Years ago, there was no stopping the main fights. They happened because both fighters were willing to do anything and fight anyone on their way up. Now you have guys like Berto, Chavez, Williams, Mayweather, Pac....****, all the main guys and they don't want to fight anyone.

It's a goddamned disgrace. He's going to cancel what could not only be the biggest, and maybe best, fight this year but what could ultimately be the biggest fight of his career. He's young, undefeated and going up against a great, experienced champ from PR. It's huge! But, he doesn't want to fly to the Phillipines to get the best sparring he's ever going to get against the best fighter in thw rold who also happened to beat Cotto? What the ****?

When all these fights don't happen, people (fans) just say that "Oh, he would have beaten him anyway. He's way too good" but in boxing that's the great thing. No one ever knows really who is going to win and the best fighters are found out because they fight everyone.

Dawson fighting Pascal recently. If that didn't happen, people would have just said he didn't need to because Dawson is so much better and would have whipped him anyway. This is why the old timers were so good. They fought everyone in every style from the tenth ranked guy to the number one guy. You knew how good they were and we got the best fights because of it. It means they had losses but it also means they fought the best, beat the best and we saw the best fights. **** me, today's game is more about Diva **** than fighting.
