Khan will NOT survive a punch from Maidana. If anyone has proof that Khan has been tested and passed against anything remotely like Maidana, please post it now!
Don't start liking Amir Khan AFTER he beats Maidana...

Are you too much of an idiot to realize that is not about getting roughed up but the reaction on you getting roughed up?
Ortiz never reacted well in the gym. Tell me what story did you hear where Pac didn't react well. Getting roughed up is one thing but is the way you react from it.
Do you not comprehend? So no the comparison is not valid.Comment

The only reason they picked Maidana was cuz the saw his resume. They said well he got beat by Kotelnik and all the fighters he did beat made Prescott look like a top contender. So yea he would be easy.
But, they were wrong. Props to Maidana for beating a heartless, quitting, hypejob. However, I would give him more props if he would of proved that it was not a fluke and fought him again. Yet he ducked a heartless, quitting, hypejob and keeps ignoring his call outs. I would had gave him props if he would of went on and fought the best fighter in the division instead of faking an injury. And, I would give him props if he ever gets his balls and fights Khan. A fight that he would not win.Comment

Not a fan of his, but he gets my respect. Highly skilled individual, with a big flaw....spells for exciting fights.
I have no doubt he'll beat Maidana, but he'll still have his haters...that's the way boxing works. The people want you to fight someone, you beat them, they say it's not good enough and they move to the next opponent.
I don't think Khan will be fully accepted as the talent he is until he beats a Bradley or Alexander after Maidana.Comment

Maidana did it cuz Golden Boy was being protective with Ortiz. They wasn't matching Ortiz tough. They kept them the hell away from Bailey for a reason. If he really looked unbeatable they would of stepped him up. But, he was what he was a heartless, quitting, hypejob.

Where are the options where you put. I think Khan is going to relinquish his title lol. Or I don't think he'll win.
I think Maidana has to come prepared to throw the most punches he has ever thrown in a match. There are 12 rounds, Khan might box him most rounds but he will get caught. The Prescott fight was no fluke. Come on guys Khan did the chicken dance with full headgear on the amateurs. As soon as Maidana lands something good it's over.Comment

Both have lost what little luster they had.
40' isn't what we were made to think it was. Just a bunch of glorified prospects who think they're ppv material.Comment
