Great fight, would like to see gamboa/ Lopez , but that's years away. Lopez has his hands full with Rafa. If you learn one thing today it's that Bob Arum doesn't give a **** what fans want.

However, he is not a young pup anymore agreed?

Also, He has been injury prone as of late agreed?

And, he has been very inactive agreed?

None of this is Gamboa fault. Which I agreed is a good step up fight for Gamboa. John would be the best fighter he would have face thus far agreed?

And, IMO Juanma, Cab, and Rojas would be tougher fights. However, John is a good fight but my response to the poster is he made it seem like this fight is thee fight and not Juanma-Gamboa. Which I disagree with to the fullest. Do you not agree?

IMO I would rather have Juanma fight Cab next now since Gamboa might be busy. And, honestly if he did fight Cab next. I would be more interested in Juanma-Cab then Gamboa-John. Both are good fights and good tests. However, I would be more interested in Juanma-Cab. So that is my reasoning for disagreeing that Gamboa-John is the fight. Is a good fight a very good fight.

But, the other machups I named IMO are more of the thee fight of the division.

31 is not old. Gamboa is 28.
He is definitely going through an injury spell and that isn't good for him at this point in his career, but he's got more of a claim to the FW throne than any other FW.
With that said, I didn't like what I saw from his chin late both times vs. Juarez, so I'd go with Gamboa via KO.

He's only fought for 12 years, and sparingly over the last few. He's definitely approaching the end of his career, but he is clearly not finished.

What are you saying? Because Erik Morales started slipping at a certain age, John will too? Yeah buddy, that's very logical. When you compare their two styles, that comparison becomes asinine.

If you're hating on John because he has been protected his entire career, then say that, don't come up with lies.
