He's hardly going to vanish if loses is he? As the above poster said, he will try again. Khan will strick around for a while yet, I can assure you.

It will send his career back quite a bit, justly or unjustly I don't know. He's young though, and with his talent no reason to write him off if he lost.

IF Maidana knocks Khan out he is still young, he has a great trainer, he has great speed, good power, very good potential, he is still a very good boxer. If he loses against Maidana he can still continue and have a decent career and maybe won't become a superstar or anything but still a good fighter who will become a champ again and win some and lose some ya know... However Khan will most likely beat Maidana with ease, Khan is the better boxer with much better speed, if he fights smart he'll beat Maidana no problem. And I also think that after Khan easily disposes of the overrated Maidana he will continue on to become one of the best fighters of the next decade.

Dont you guys think Khan will retire if he gets a proper beating?A one punch knockout is easier to bear than a beating.Khan's type will find it difficult to recover from a real beating

I don't see Khan getting knocked out.

I see this as a terribly one-sided boxing clinic put on by Khan. Maidana's better off fighting punchers so he can become a household name by putting on exciting fights.
