Why do people Nut hug Wlad ?

I Understand why people would Nut Hug Vitali because as much as i dont like him he wins . Wlad on the other hand Has gotten served in 2 of his last 3 fights yet people still talk about how he will knock everybody out and how good he is .

Why do these people give Wlad visions of Grandeur?

Everybody is guilty of some sort of nuthugging on here.

Wlad nuthuggers are guilty for one of three reasons...

-He's Euroasian. It seems like all the Europeans back the Klitchkos.

    -He's big.

    -He's white.

The answer to that would be Gerry Cooney.

Wladimir has been billed as the next great "white hope", and had a big following. He also has alot of European fans.

However, his chin is made of glass, and he seems to have some serious stamina issues.

He will fade into the sunset.

Vitali seems to have a lot more grit than his "little" brother.

I MEAN dont get me wrong , I was once a fan of Wlad . After he he got knocked out by the Semi Pro Golfer, i had to let it go . You shouldnt like a fighter because of the color of his skin it should be because of skill. I wonder if so many people will still be swinging if he gets knocked out by peter .

I seriously think Peter is going to end Wlad's career when they fight.

I sure Hope so . I thought his careeer was over when he lost to Sanders . I really thought it was over when he lost to Brewster . They keep finding reasons to resurrect this kid .

This is funny I was thinking the exact same thing. I even answered another thread comparing Wlad to Cooney. Skill is what should be the determining factor for every fighter. But it rarely is.

Wlad still has some good fights left in him and no one in this division is unbeatable. There are no current fighters that I would say Wlad has NO chance against, so I would not belittle anyone elses opinion on him even if it is different than my own. On that note, were you still a Zab fan after he got blasted by Tzsyu or did you wait until he beat Spinks to like him again?

thats it "the great white hope ****". i'm white, for the most part" and this race card has always been played. some cornponed whites hated muhammad ali according to my granpa and actually had faith in jerry quarry if you can believe it.
                    holmes/cooney and others.
and look at the klitmoes. padded stats. germany judge gifts. the ducking. the being forced to make at least a try at half way decent opponents.

yes i see creedence in klit fans when they say he was coming on and getting to the out of shape lewis but the reff made the right call with that gash.
i think lewis is one of the best but didnt get enough respect for him to prove himself better to his fans.he took the easy out and trained as little as he thought he had to against opponents and won...rahman taught him a lesson.

edited...i posted before reading all the other replys.so this may be redondent.
