I was so pleased watching a throwback fighter who came into that ring like a warrior and had huge heart. But I do not think he can keep up with Juan Manuel Marquez and feel that there are other fighters out there who can beat him but man is he exciting.

He takes boxers jabs away from them, check out his older fights. He forces his opponent to fight him in a dogfight. It's not that the opponent infront of him opts to not use the jab, its that Rios taks it away from them. He is a technical boxers nightmare.

He's not elite. His heart, toughness and will can get him some more decent wins.

Yeah, Anthony Peterson showed he could box around Rios, but fought terribly when hit. A guy like JMM would demolish Rios.

He's good, but he's not world class.

He'll send any blown up featherweights back to their divisions. That goes for Soto or Marquez. Rios is too big and too strong for either guy. Katsidis wouldn't be able to deal with him either. Rios hits harder and is far more busier than Casamayor at lightweight.
