The fight will end like this:

Amir wins by a wide pts margin

The referee stops the fight after Maidana has taken too much punishment

Or Amir makes him quit in the corner

I am about 60% sure Khan will stop that open to getting hit bum.

Khan has a weak chin so there's like a 40% chance Khan gets KO'd, but 60% chance Khan stops him.

Definitely.

Maidana won't get stopped and there is so much a focus on Khan's chin that I highly doubt Khan would let himself get caught with a lucky punch. Both may hit the canvas, but it will go 12 with Khan winning comfortably or easily.

Wouldn't be surprized if I was wrong, but I say Khan boxes and keeps his distance well enough for the fight to go the distance and Khan get's a wide UD

Possible exceptions:-
Khan gets some kind of TKO from cuts or something like that. Khan don't have the power to stop Maidana off of 1 hit (or even knock him down for that matter). And I doubt Maidana's corner would throw in the towel.
Maidana catches him and sends him to bed
