QUESTION: Why did Manny duck his contracted Rematch with Medgoen Singsurat?

Was there a rematch clause?

From what I know, Manny had to really drain himself to try to make 112 for that fight. He lost the WBC flyweight title on the scales being that he failed to make weight. Instead of having to drain himself again for make 112, he went up to 122 for his next fight.

Midget Singingrat wanted OST for the rematch. Pac refused to heed to his demands and the deal fell through, later Singsurat was arrested for domestic violence and put to jail for 2 years, thus further delaying any fight being made EVER.

if you really did your back-research of that fight, you would know that he couldn't make weight...that's when he got stripped of the title...he jumped from Flyweight to super bantam right after that fight


and Singsurat didn't move up til 03 and that was only to super flyweight

So did morales and he still rematched him, right?
