          Dude, Professional athletes are being made an example of these days. Why would Floyd be any different? With the evidence the state of Nevada has, they don't need her to press charges. I guess he could pay her to say it didn't happen, but the kid already gave his statement. You can't make a young kid lie(Correctly at least), the pressure will get to them.

              They may or they may not, it depend on what the state thinks they can make stick.

              It is possible that they make an example of him if they can, which is usually why you don't want to go to trial and plea out if it is that bad.
