I don't think he will be boxing again, being a promoter will be his only job left, hope they will not take away his license as a promoter.

On Saturday News of The World published a video that showed Hatton snorting several lines of ******* in a bathroom. A Hatton rep told media members that a rehab program was being considered to assist the fighter's battle with drug addiction. Hatton followed through with that promise and reportedly entered rehab on Monday.

cool....what I can't understand is how the media builds these dudes up and gullable ass fans buy into the hype and start seeing these athletes as invincible GODS.....20,000 fans will travel to different continent and sing the SAME song all day and night....beat the drums and spend their quids on their Hero or God....then when the media decides to break that mofo down....all you hear is, "he's ONLY human"....GTFOH, he dropped the ball because he NEVER was that dude we thought he was.....he's a cokehead like Floyd Sr. and the REST of those powder sniffin fools...NO LOVE for those type of cats from me....sorry!!!

Some of you are obviously not parents and your personal ignorance shows in your comments. Hatton’s son should be taken to a safe environment immediately and I quite sure British child services are doing so as we speak. Hatton has obviously provided a drug and alcohol home environment for his unsupervised young son and that is sickening. As hatton grovels in the gutter and sewers of drug addiction and alcoholism he has let his parenting obligations fall behind which is sickening. Isn’t there a mother involved in this?? So sad and sickening.

Nah, Hatton has the money and legal power sufficient to preclude such things.

And you're right, I indeed am no parent.

On a more serious note, I don't entirely wish to make light of this, but I always intend to see things as they actually are.

What Hatton has done is nothing too out of the ordinary. Now, prize fighters certainly have a history of going off the deep end once their careers are through, and I don't wish for Hatton to meet such a fate, by any means. I do think it is important though to keep things in perspective, and sniffing coke in a hotel room is not that out of the ordinary (this coming from a guy who's seen friends do line after line in front of me, and who steered entirely clear of the ****, not wishing any new bad habits upon myself).
