Sturm is a talent but what one fight are you talking about? The Olympic loss to Taylor or the PPV loss to DLH? I'd love to see the fight but I'd have to pick Taylor because right now I think he is the better fighter...not for any one fight. The only fight the mainstream is really familiar with is a loss in the record books. I know he's your boy but until he gets a shot at redemption, what do you expect?

most peeps only know sturm from dlh fight - and we all know he peppered pudgy dlh with jab all night - other than that hes been back in germany- i need to see sturm again before i make an intelligent decision on that- sturm v soliman or ikeke first then let taylor and him battle

both fighters have SOLID jabs, and remember the amateurs or olympics is nothing like the pros. (i.e. Cotto vs. Pinto, where pinto beat cotto TWICE in the amateurs.)I think Sturm would actually win a MD or UD.

This is both a good and bad thing Sturm...

First off the fight with Oscar is the only fight anyone has seen of this guy, all of his credibility is based upon this 1 fight. He fought good but keep in mind as Ive told you before he 1) did not fight a middleweight that night and 2)fought the most out of shape OScar the boxing world has ever ever seen!

You will be hard pressed to find people besides yourself that think if OScar had shown up in real fighting shapoe that Sturm would have won more than four rounds, he was unfortunate to get the decision I though he won but he was fortunate to fight such a huge name that could give a **** about being in the ring that night.

Sturm opinions based upon 1 fight? Yup that all we have what else can we base him upon?

Sturm could win by UD but it would be a very hard fight.
Taylor will fight Hopkins again on Dec. 3 and Sturm will fight Masoe for the WBA Middleweight Title next (date unknown yet).
