You don't expect a 6'6 guy to be a very good body puncher, he uses his height to maximum effect, by going to the body he'd be making himself shorter thus leaving himself open.

And about Klitschko not knowing what to do when someone's close to him, watch what he does every time someone is close to him, he clinches. He doesn't care if it takes the life out of a fight, when a guy gets close to him he just holds on until the referee seperates them.

    Michael Katsidis like.

I kind of agree about Frazier and Tyson but for different reasons, you need a guy who can get in quickly against Klitschko and work him over before he knows what's going on while also not taking too many punches in return, being able to get under Klitschko's punches definitely helps.

Don't underestimate Klitschko's uppercut, he showed a good one against Peter. A cross armed defense leaves yourself open to uppercuts.

His theory about beating Klitschko up close is all well and good but the process of getting on the inside and staying inside is the problem because he's very good at picking guys off on the way in and clinching to get the fight back where he wants it to be.

About Klitschko not being able to step to the side, I don't think he does it because he can't I think he takes one big step back then steps to the side to minimize the chances of him getting hit. And again, when he takes a step back and feels the ropes at his back, he clinches.

I love this guys analysis.I think Tyson in his prime would have destroyed Wladimir. The combination of speed and power would be too much for him.Plus, with the dirty antics and constant pressure, Tyson would have slowly broke him down. Its possible that Frazier would have beat him,but the size difference may have made a difference. But Frazier's style would have gave him fits.Emanuel Stewart has taught Wladimir alot.He is a way better fighter now than he was before Emanuel. He knows what his strengths are as well as his weaknesses and keeps him from getting exposed. There is noone in the division that can beat him at this point. There are no Tysons, Fraziers,or Alis around anymore. Haye has the physical gifts , but I don't think he has the skill nor chin to get the job done.

The less said about that statement the better LOL

Holyfield vs Cooper being a prime example

Yeah i dont think it has anything to do with him not having the lateral movement of a Mayweather, IMO, it comes down to the fact that Wlad goes straight back on the line, which is a direct result of wanting to keep his opponent at arms length at all times, therefore when they close the gap slightly, rather than step to the side and set up his long range again, he would rather move straight back in order to maintain it, only sometimes, as you said, when his back hits the ropes cause there is no more space, he will clinch, but then the ref separates them and he cant start back at his desired range.

            1. You need KO Power

            2. You need 2 or more of the following attributes , boxing skill, speed, defense Size or experience

Wlad hasnt fought a multi dimensional fighter in 6 years...

Peter has power but nothing else...
Ibragimov has boxing skill but is small and feather-fisted
Thompson had size, but lacks youth AND experience
            Chagaev has skill, but feather-fisted

From 1990-2000 it was very easy to find a multi-dimensional fighter. The Tommy Morrison that Lennox beat in 1995 is better than anyone Wlad ever fought. He had great Power, decent speed, decent skill level and stood 6'3. Heavyweights just arent as good as they use to be.

Thats the opposite from Haye, since he'll be running around the ring doing nothing. It will be a replay of the Valuev fight except Wlad doesn't suck and will KO Haye.
