Is there any chance that Ricky had snorted ******* the exact day he fought Pacquiao?

Some people have suggested that Ricky was in a state of drug induced "high" when he fought Pacquiao.

It would certainly explain his lacklustre performance.

Did Ricky snort ******* immediately before the Pacquiao fight? And does it change the way that we should view Manny (because Rikcy was high, it takes some value off the win)?
