    Yeah, go figure.

Last week you would've thought Peterson was King Kong and everyone at LW was "ducking" him.

I knew Rios would be too much man for him. Peterson's another soft fighter who got overhyped for reasons I won't go into.

There is/was only 1 LW that ducked him.

So where did you get everyone from?

I really tried to follow every post that was about this fight.

Never did I read anybody calling Rios a bum.

The consensus thinking was these were 2 top LW prospects fighting each other in step up fights.

To be honest, I was always a huge fan of Margo, Angullo, and Soto...Rios reminded me of those type of fighters! My favorite punch in boxing is the uppercut, Rios has a good one.

I went into the fight rooting for Anthony, but found my self cheering on Rios toward the end...Go figure.

But yeah, no one that I saw called Rios a bum.

I was really excited about this bout. Going in I wasn't rooting for anybody in particular since I liked both guys.

But, Rios had his coming out party. I think he will be the man at 135 when JMM makes his exit.

If Peterson was smart and not "macho" He would have had a good chance of beating him if he just stayed and BOXED. You don't always look pretty "boxing" but it gets the job done. but even IF he did that, he would have a long rough night indeed. Props to Rios. Peterson needs to hit up the drawing board..

My dad kept on saying, "why doesn't this dude listen to his corner"?...

I had to explain to my pops, "dude doesn't fight that way"..."he stands and trades with a high guard"...

I felt that the jab would have been very effective, but hey, both Petersons love to ****!

                    It backfired last night.

Also: People feel that Anthony fought the wrong fight, but how? Or they felt he fought Rios's fight...That is how Anthony fight though. He just got out gunned, and couldn't adjust.

You can check back in my posts and see that I said that Rios would smother and beat Peterson on the inside to get an upset decision, I wasn't expecting it too be that one sided. Both are good fighters but Rios is just better.
