I believe Sam Peter can beat more than half of the HWs currently ranked by the sanctioning organizations.

He's an exciting big puncher, so he should take a few fights in Las Vegas or Mexico on Top Rank undercards. He just needs to fight opponents he can hit. I'd like to see Peter vs. Rahman, Arreola or Tua.
