Rios would beat Soto the frauds ass. Rios is the true Mexican warrior, Soto is a damn fraud. Soto is busy fighting the bobby pacquiao's of the division. What a total joke he is! He was even hurt by bobby pacquiao in that fight! BWAHAHAHA! Soto's last real challenge was against Guzman and he got schooled!

Soto is fighting out of his weight class. Both Rios and Peterson would give him a set back. But if Soto wants it, Rios will oblige.

Don't think Rios can beat Soto just yet, many figthers have declined offers to fight Soto including Paquiao, Juan manuel Marquez and recently Erik Morales. I don't think we will see this fight, Soto is going up to 140 lb

They declined him because they don't make any of them money. No one is ducking Soto, I can't even believe you're even hinting at people ducking a guy who got completely schooled and made to look like a fool against Guzman.
