2007 juan diaz vs brandon rios

the michael katsidis thread got me wondering about this one. i said 2007 because that was the baby bull that was owning the division and throwing 70 80 punches a round and 7 punch combinations. undefeated at his best.

I think Diaz would have been a sucker for Rios' uppercuts and Diaz's punches wouldn't have phased Rios despite the high workrate. I think he would walk through them to land his own big shots. Rios KO for me.

Kats fight is a bit of a mirage.

Kats fought a really dumb fight against Diaz.

Boxing with him instead of brawling.

That said I'm not sure.

I'd probably favor Rios.

reguardless of the outcome i think it would have been an amazing fight. myself i pick juan diaz by UD he also had a jab and could move side to side
