If I were Hatton, I would use my wealth in worthwhile endeavors. Training young boxers would be one.

But what he did is an obvious sign that there is nothing else he could do after boxing. It seems he doesn't know what to do anymore without boxing.

*******, Heroine and all those drugs can help him forget the reality that he does not have anymore what it takes to be a champion. These drugs can help him forget the fact that He's finished. The problem is---it's just a temporary thing.

The fact is Ricky has been keeping busy with worthwhile endevours since boxing, he ownes and runs a brand new boxing gym, he has founded and runs a rapidly successful boxing promotions company and he even does a bit of stand up comedy.

Not that I am attempting to condone his behaviour as it does appear he has been going off the rails recently.

I hope he gets himself together with love and support from people who care for him and not surround himself with fake friends who would betray him for money like the Irish woman has.

Her comments about being concerned for him are insulting to everyones intellegence.

Yeah Ricky was always known to be the Average Joe type of guy. His image was built around a guy who enjoyed an Ale and a game of darts. This will alienate many of his fans.

Am sure Hatton and his team would have paid the girl double what the paper paid the girl not to sell her story to the papers but Hatton should have known better in terms of drugs.

Secretly filming someone should be illegal, for whatever reason.

There were other ways to intervene.

The girl obviously done it for the money and the fame she would get from it, Because if not all she has to do is approach Hatton with the video and am sure Hatton would pay her double the amount she would have got from the papers but she wanted HER NAME in the papers so people would know who she is..

Why can't a fighter, who has made millions and millions of dollars, retire and go away quietly?

It seems the vast majority either go broke and/or go silly and destroy themselves.

They constantly need that damn rush. It does not seem to matter where it comes from, but they are addicted to chaos.

It makes me appreciate guys like Marvin Hagler more. He thrived getting away from the limelight. He made his money and got out. He did it the right way.
